Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
Eligibility and Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations and the right of cancellation.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and accompanied by all original tags.

Items showing signs of wear, odours, having been washed, or with missing tags will not be accepted.
Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings, cannot be returned.

Products marked as “final sale” or clearance items may be excluded from the right of return.
Procedure

Contact us at britanniasports@outlook.com to request a return form.

Complete one form per product.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Ship the product in secure packaging using a tracked delivery service.
Fees and Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Britannia Sports cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is not available in stock, a refund will be issued instead.
